• Send all art in TIFF, EPS, PSD (flat) or PDF.

•Ensure that all images are a minimum of
300dpi at 100% of the final ad size.

•Please provide CMYK files and images only.
Do not submit files in RGB. All photos must be
retouched prior to submission or a $35
retouched fee will be charged per photo.

•All fonts are to be converted to Outlines and
the used fonts must be supplied in a separate
folder. True type fonts will not be accepted.

•To guarantee exact color reproduction we
require that a contact proof be submitted with
each advertisement.

•Send art in CD, DVD or via FTP only.

•REALTY GUIDE and INTERPUBLISH
shall assume no responsibility for artwork
that does not comply with the following
guidelines or received after the closing
date of the edition.
